Can I edit the information about me on my profile?
Answer
Yes, you can edit your profile information by following these steps:
Move the cursor over the Profile option in the navigation bar at the top of the page. When the drop-down list appears, select My Account
Once you’ve been directed to your profile, you will see an Editable Form with your account information. From the three-dot line next to your name in the top center area of your profile. By clicking on it, you will be able to edit your screen name, the brief description on your profile, and the
detailed description on your profile.

Is it possible to deactivate my Desimeons account temporarily or permanently?
Answer
Yes, you can deactivate your account in 3 different ways.

Move the cursor over the Profile option in the navigation bar at the top of the page. When the drop-down list appears, select Personal Settings.

Once you’ve been directed to the page for your Personal Settings, look for the Deactivate Account option from the sidebar on the left side of the screen.

After you’ve been directed to the page to deactivate your account, you will be asked to provide information to either deactivate your account permanently, temporarily or for a limited time.

What is the difference in deactivating my account permanently, temporarily or for a limited time?

Permanent Deactivation: Your account will not be able to be activated again. You may create a new account using the same email address from the account that has been permanently deactivated, but you will not retrieve any of the information from that account.

Temporary Deactivation: Your account will only be deactivated until you decide to login, again. No matter how long you’re away, once you log back in, everything in your account will be the same as it was when you left.

Time Limited Deactivation: Your account will be temporarily deactivated, but will automatically be reactivated on the date of your choosing. When you deactivate your account, you will be asked to provide the date that you would like your account to be reactivated. This feature is just like the temporary deactivation, but reactivates your account for you so you don’t have to log back in to do so.
